This single family home is located just in from Vaca Cut with unobstructed views of the Cut and the Ocean beyond. Protected dockage and a 30' freshwater pool and poolside Spa. This home offers a perfect blend of gracious "Old Keys" casual style and the location offers the sought after boating access to the Ocean or Gulf within minutes. The ground level access contributes to an easy lifestyle, no stairs or steps, the living areas flow uninterrupted from inside to outside and on to the waterfront and dock. Just steps from the pool and pier is a seawall rimmed semi circular beach cove, a unique accent and great spot to get wet without having to do a thing but relax and look at the water. The perfect touch to end another great vacation day will be the beautiful sunset color in the sky viewed from the living areas and waterfront.

The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas are central to the home. Vaulted ceilings, window walls along the front of the room and banks of sliding glass doors opening to the pool deck visually enlarge the already generous space for an open and bright room. Chrome and stainless accents throughout the decor add to the clean light and open feel. With the seating, dining and kitchen areas all open to each other, family gatherings and interaction is a breeze, whether watching TV entertainment, preparing meals, dining or just relaxing to chat about the days activities or planning for tomorrow's adventures! The kitchen has all you would need for easy meal preparation within a few steps, beautiful stainless steel counters for easy clean up and an elevated breakfast bar for a light bite or cooks helpers to offer assistance without being underfoot.

The master bedroom is one of the two bedrooms on the north end of the home and has a private bath with tiled shower. The master is well proportioned and also has water and pool views through it's sliding glass doors and a king size bed. The guest bedroom on this side of the home has a Queen size bed and a bath suite that also opens to the hall for living area use. The south side of the home has two guest bedrooms, one waterside with a Queen bed and private bath and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own bath.

Great dockage and a beach cove! Almost immediate access to Vaca Cut and from the dock, minutes to the Ocean or Gulf. Don't have a boat? The dock also serves as a great fishing pier. Shallow water flats out front and the Cut just beyond is a great combination for fun fishing! The beach cove makes a great spot to launch the complimentary Kayaks or relax in the water without having to do anything but look at the views. The pier creates a slip for dockage with  45' of running seawall and  35' of pier. Please Note use of the Kayaks is at your own risk and must be used in the Bay areas and surrounding canals and Harbors, not to be used in or along Vaca Cut (current is extremely strong and you would not be able to paddle against it).

Pool heat is optional at $200.00 plus tax additional cost per week

A small pet will be considered and if permission given a $100 Pet Fee will be required.
